Construction Updates

Construction continues at 1221 Lick Ave for the Tamien Station Affordable housing project. The project includes 135-units of affordable housing development with completion anticipated in Fall 2025. The general contractor, Core Builders, provides this monthly newsletter to communicate and share progress with adjacent neighbors who are affected by the project.

Construction Activities:

• Electrical Switch Gear in progress
• Roof TPO mostly complete
• Exterior Stucco operations in progress 
• Interior production drywall in progress
• Interior frame inspections in progress
• Elevator install in progress

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM

Construction Impacts:

• Changes to the Tamien Station east side parking lot have reduced the total number of available parking spaces and has relocated ADA parking stalls and provided a new ADA ramp for public access.
