Construction Updates

Construction continues at 1221 Lick Ave for the Tamien Station Affordable housing project. The project includes 135-units of affordable housing development with completion anticipated in Fall 2025. The general contractor, Core Builders, provides this monthly newsletter to communicate and share progress with adjacent neighbors who are affected by the project. What: Construction Activities

• Surveying
• Grading and Excavation
• Soil Off-haul
• Foundations
• Underground utilities (Offsite and Onsite)

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM

Construction Impacts:

• Regular construction noise during the scheduled timeframe, but there will be no pile driving.
• Changes to the Tamien Station east side parking lot has reduced the total number of available parking
  spaces and has relocated ADA parking stalls.
